In order to obtain a Chinese visa from Dublin to stay in China for more than 90 days after entry, apart from the standard set of documents, you need one of the following documents:
- Foreigners Employment Permit,
- Permit for Foreign Experts Working in China,
- Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Offices of enterprises of foreign countries,
- A document of approval for work.
If you are planning to stay no more than 90 days after entry, you are required to submit one of the following:
- Foreigners Employment Permit and Approval of Short-Term Employment for Foreigners Working in China.
- A document of approval for work and Approval of Short-Term Employment for Foreigners Working in China.
Do Irish nationals need a degree for a work visa in China?
According to visa rules, the right to work in China is granted to Bachelors with two years of work experience after graduation. The second category includes Masters and Doctors with excellent academic performance, graduates of Chinese or foreign top universities.
